Is this weekly pool service?

The Basic Chemical Drop and Smart Chemical plans are monthly chemical-delivery memberships. Full weekly pool service is available when you want HYR to handle everything.

What is the difference between Basic and Smart?

Basic includes a pool-size based chemical kit, local delivery, and dosing instructions. Smart adds water-test review, text and photo support, monthly adjustments, and virtual troubleshooting.

How do I know my pool size?

Choose the closest range if you know it. If not, select 'Help me estimate' and send an address or photo. HYR will confirm the size before finalizing your plan.

Can I join with a cloudy or green pool?

Yes, but a problem pool may need a one-time recovery treatment before monthly maintenance begins. HYR will review the condition and recommend the right first step.

Is delivery free everywhere?

Delivery is free inside active HYR delivery zones. We confirm your ZIP and route before activating the membership.

Do you support salt pools?

Yes. Salt pools can require a custom review based on the salt system, water balance, and cell condition.
